Splash Screen on a button

Can we add splash screen for a button?

You can only add splash screens to a tab directly. For a button, you'd override the button with the VF page that is the "splash page" and design that page to redirect to the final destination when you're done. You'll have to come up with a way to store custom data for when they click "don't show me this again", of course (a custom setting would be fine).
