MrTik Customer POrtal does not use custom URL after authentication
Hi,
We have an existing Customer Portal implementation linked to the site. The users get to access site after successful authentication. The site uses custom URL that was working fine. Now all of a sudden the users login to the customer portal using login form at the custom URL. After successful authentication the user is taken to the customer portal however the custom URL is not preserved.
Has any one come across this issue? If so can someone share resolution steps.

This is what i understood from you, "You have a site through which customers login in to the Portal".
If this is the case, you might not be able to retain the Custom URL once the customer logs in to the Portal. As long as the customer stays on the site(as a guest), the custom URL is retained.
If i misunderstood you, can you elaborate your problem?
Are you using portal only for the authentication or you are trying to mimic the site in the portal?
