Tabs as Main Menu with Sub Menu in force.com

Hi all, 

I have around 70-90 objects(SUB MENU's) in force.com which are catogorized into 5 divisions (MAIN MENU TABS), So our requirement is to have " 5 tabs as MAIN MENU and the objects which are generally considered as TABS as SUB MENU's"

How this can be acheived in force.com ?

So that, it can be clear and understandable for our clients.
