On Work flow's: Rule should NOT run when record is...

Hi Experts,

 

Rule should NOT run when record is created under option "created, and any time it’s edited to subsequently meet criteria" , but should run when edited to meet criteria.

 

How can accomplish this ?

Even on creation, it still requires that the criteria are met. To stop it from running on creation, you have to prevent those conditions from being met on creation, which means using a validation rule, record type, trigger, ir workflow criteria formula evaluation.
