assign case to queue - PE, Visualforce, apex:page
Hi,
I made a Visualforce page for our cases.
After saving, cases are not assigned to the queue, they stay at the owner who created the case and no mail is send.
Using the standard case layout works fine.
This layout provides a "Assign using active assignment rules" checkbox and also mails are send.
We use Professional Edition, so no apex is possible
How can new cases be assigned to the queue and queue-member get informed by mail?

Hi,
Have you created the case assignment rules under Customize > Cases > Assignment Rules.
If yes, please confirm by creating a case directly from UI and check if the assignment rule is working when this case is created.
