Portal Login

Hi,

 

How can I enable sites access to Standard or Administrator user ? I believe it's open to only partner or customer portal user.

 

If you build a site and partner portal user has issue with content or data, how a customer service representative of a company can login to verify and reproduce that issue ?

 

Is there any way around ?

Yup, login is only for portal users (Customer or Partner Portal).

 

I'm not sure I understand the second part of your question.

Through admin login we can run the site pages internally by writing /apex/VFpageName on URL. For your part Administrator should provide an extra license of partner portal user to the customer service representative of the company so that service representative can verify and reproduce that issue by that login and this is the only way to check.
