Is there any chatter REST API to get updates for everything I am following ? Thanks.

The api returns just one page of results at a time, in reverse chronological order.  So you can keep getting a page at a time until the created at date exceeds your target.

Thanks for help. This API returns what I needed . I wanted to know whether there is any way I can limit the number of results returned. For e.g. Get the results for last 3 months and not older than that? Thanks.
