Cloud Swarm 3 - Adding "Chatter Free" User

How do I make it so I can assign an auto-follow to a "Chatter Free" user?  I don't seem to get that option.

This is because Chatter Free users do not have access to Leads, Cases, or Opportunities, so they cannot swarm those objects anyways.

Chatter Free i think has some good effect than cloud that has chatter feature.
