I am not sure this qualifies for what your asking. At my organization we have created a number of pages where we have integrated Salesforce content within the page. We did not use Force.com as the manager of the CMS content.
Are you focused on trying to evaluate Force.com as a platform to drive all of your content or are you more interested in integrating Salesforce content into existing sites.
