Chatter profile contact information

I'm new to chatter and I want to update user profiles in chatter.

 

the contact details leave out fields like skype and IM id...

 

can i add thoe fields and have them displayed in the contact info box in chatter?

hi,

Are you referring to the contextual ballon infor which comes when one hovers of the user name of the owner of a chatter feed?

 

If yes,I didnt find any place under:-

  • User settings (especially mini-pagelayout) for customizing that
  • also nothing like that was present under general "Chatter Settings"
  • Neither Did I find anything under "MyChatter settings"

In case you stumble upon anything do let me know.
