Has anyone done any developing regarding "gamifying" chatter? Found a great app?
We've looked into Rypple, but I'd like to see if anyone had any luck creating competition around Chatter (outside of the "Likes Received", etc.).

There is a free solution provided by salesforce as "Force.com Labs" and is called chatter game(http://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000004fqdKEAQ). It's a basic solution but it could be a good starting point :-)
