Can achieve in chatter

I have one custom object the chatter user as to change the value of one filed is it possible to change.

How can I give  custom object access to chatter user.

Chatter Free and Chatter External user can't access any objects.
Chatter Plus user can access objects but you have to pay for it.

in my project some users are updating one or two fields in custom object and they are having licence.insted of that can we update through chatter feed or any thing by using chatter license.

Not sure if I have totally understood your case, but for the users with Chatter Free license, they can't access any custom objects.
