Adding Notes and Attachments to read-only objects in force.com sites

Hi,

 

Is it possible for the guest users who have only read-only access to objects to  add notes and attachments ? If yes, how can it be done?

As the term "Read-Only" is self explanatory, one cannot perform any "actions" with read only permission.
