Sites Guest Profile

Please tell me why Sites guest profile isn't displayed on Profiles setting?
I'm not sure what difference is in between guest profiles and usual profiles.
Is there any deep reason?

in order to consolidate access (who can access, update) we only allow access via the sites details>public access settings path
