Post Case to Chatter Group Using Apex

Trying to create an apex trigger to automatically post a case with a particular severity level to a Chatter group.  Could someone get me started?

Can you take a look at solution, that I gave for similar problem. Though, it will require for you to have little modification in a code. Let me know if you find any confusion.
