Hi All,
When we share files via link, we get
a "Chatter logo" and "Share large files for free! Sign UP" option, when we view the file.
Do anybody knows, how to remove this things.

Yes, i was right.
There are two ways you can deliver your files to external users.
1. Using Chatter files. - In this case you will get the "Sign Up for Chatter link" and Logo.
2. Using Content delivery - In this case the file/document shared will not show and link/logo (Advertisement for Chatter.)

The UI you see at the time a file is shared via public link is part of the branding done by Salesforce which is not available to be customized by users.

Thanks for your reply. we are using file sharing without these headers in one of our org, but i am not sure how this is done.
I think this can be done by using links via Content delivery.
Will Check this out & if found solution, will share.
