Hybrid app with PhoneGap/Cordova in ripple emulator

Hybrid app starts in ripple emulator when platform is selected to be Cordova. But when calling forcetk, ripple shows error about "com.salesforce.oauth.getAuthCredentials". So it cannot retrieve credentials.

Is there way to use desktop browser with ripple emulator ?

Hi,

I had answered a similar question (different context) some time back. Can you go over this link and see if this helps

We ran into the same issue a while back. The Ripple emulator does not support the Mobile SDK so you will need to do your own custom REST handling for the oAuth2 authentication. Once you do that, rest of the app flow works pretty well on teh ripple emulator.

I hope this helps.

Can you give any pointers how to/what is needed to implement ?

Or is there some way to create hybrid app and really design the UI. Now it seems to be quite impossible, if I show objects data on screen I can review changes only in iOS/Android device/simulator. Seriously, some help needed for this.
