hi, how we can connect to database in salesforce?

Hi Sathi,

 

The issue description is very open ended and doesn't specific much what hou are trying to accomplish..

 

What I understand is that you wish to access/update salesforce database from a third party tool 

- If that is the case,  you can use SOAP - create a webservice and expose the object methods so the third party tool can access it..
