how to Customize Standard Chatter Page ?

If it is possible let me post any Solution ?Not possible  please mention a reason

The Chatter UI can be customize by using Chatter Connect API - you can create your own chatter page:

You can also replace the standard page with your own custom VF chatter page: http://salesforcedeveloperblog.blogspot.in/2012/03/custom-chatter.html

Hi

A quick way you could get a portion of that in you VF page is using chatter tags:

<chatter:newsfeed> or <chatter:feedWithFollowers entityid="{!recordId}"/>.
As far as groups, people etc you will have to implement that.
