Hi Deb,

 

Just wish to confirm - where exactly do you wish to add the custom action on the page - is it a standard or visualforce page you are editing?

 

Also, in case you using the standard layout, after adding the action to the case feed - did you check the More button to see if the actions is visible on the drop down menu?

I am using standerd layout of salesforce no vf page. but in custom layout there are two way to show actions.

 

first is (default) center where I can see my custome action in more(As you said).

 

second way to show action in left panel where I am not able to see custom action.

Hi Deb,

 

When you say left panel - are you referrring to the Console left panel?

 

I have checked the Publisher actions documentation and tested on my ORG  but could only get the actions on the central panel.
