Problem with App Exchange Eclipse Toolkit

Hi, I've just installed Eclipse 3.2.1 & the App Exchange Toolkit.
 
Now, when I try to create an Apex Project I get the following error message
 
"The Selected wizard could not be started."
 
Reason:
Plug-in com.appexchange.toolkit was unable to load class
com.appexchange.plugin.wizards.AppExchangeProjectWizard
 
Any help greatly appreciated!

Me too facing the same problem

I got a Error Saying

Plug-in com.appexchange.toolkit was unable to load class com.appexchange.plugin.wizards.AppExchangeProjectWizard.

Has anyone managed to resolve this yet?  It would be awesome if someone from SF would weigh in on it.

As I recall, my issue was due to my installation of Eclipse.

Originally I had installed it under my program files directory, it doesn't like that!!

If this is the case, then reinstall and accept the default location of "eclipse" off the root, and this should work. I think the issue is the space in Program Files, but I'm not really certain, I just know that this fixed my problem.
