VWF for noobs?

We'll I wouldnt say noob, but can this be learned by the computer / business savvy entreprenuer who doesnt know a lick of programming?

I'll give that a big fat maaaaaaaaaaaybe.

Even if you don't know any programming, you do have to have a certain kind of mind: the logical kind. If you're good with formulas, likely you'll be good with VWF. If you're able to accurately and effectively make flowcharts using programs like Visio or OmniGraffle or Gliffy.com, you'll be good.

Depends on what you are trying to do. The tool can do a lot of things, so its hard to say in-general.

Formulas are complex enough for starters, but if you just want to build loops and do logic, you may be able to get started.
