Removing required mark from PICKLIST

I have a picklist in my flow.
But it shows that VALUE in this field is mandatory?

Ho do I resolve this problem?

Don't understand your question.

Picklists are "Choices" in a flow and choices have label and stored values. If you are trying to pass a flow choice to be stored in the database, your choice must have a "stored value"
