Reaching invisible tags

In Site.com, is it possible to edit things like, for example, writing between the "<head> (...) </head> tag? I need some code in there but I seem unable to find my way there.

 

I need this to implement bootstrap on my website.

If you look at the Properties section on the right hand side of the page you will see 'Scripts" ( its below HTML attributes). You will see an option to Edit head markup right there.
