Salesforce.com customers can protect their users by configuring their browsers to support the RC4 encryption cipher. We also recommend that all customers update browser software as new versions that implement fixes to the SSL/TLS protocols become available. Salesforce.com is also exploring upgrades to its infrastructure to help further mitigate this risk. Please continue to check trust.salesforce.com for any additional updates.
