S Control Advance Function API Reference

I'm trying to find S-Control advance api reference such as

REQUIRESCRIPT
GETRECORDIDS

Can somone point me the url?  I want to get a sense of availabe functionality provided S-Control.

  I found a pdf file (sf.pdf).  The book is called "How to be Successful with Salesforce" and is hidden somewhere inside salesforce.com

  It has all the goodies I'm looking for.
