Praz01 In the properties set up in profiles there is no option for View All fro products..So how can I grant that facility for product records..I have granted the org-wide viewall access and gave read permission for product but it is not showing. Please help me
1. Have you added your products to the standard price book yet, and do your users have access to the price book ?
(Go to Products tab, scroll down to bottom of page where Maintenance section appears and click on Manage Price Books.
The View All on a profile will simply ignore the Role Sharing rules for the Products based on the owner.
