CTI Adapter - "Do Not Call" Implementation

Hi,

I've already implemented the wrap-up reason codes by setting <SHOW_WRAPUP SHOW="TRUE"/> in demo_menu.xml.

 

Now I need to implement do-not-call reason codes.

 

Is there a similar setting for this in demo_menu.xml?

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated, In the meantime I will be replicating the mechanism for do-not-call just like wrap-up reason codes.

The do not call rules and regulations number in the hundreds. Gryphon has a tool built for this purpose, our Core CRM (http://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N300000016cQAEAY) product works in Salesforce and we are beta testing a click to dial integration, that may be of interest.

I'm almost certain this is NOT what I want. What I want is to implement a way to update a contact as "Do Not Call" in the salesforce CTI DemoAdapter softphone, is integrated with Oracle CCA.
