<script type="text/javascript" src="{!URLFOR($Resource.dojotool, 'dojo/dojo/dojo.js')}" djConfig="parseOnLoad:true, isDebug:false"/>
<script type="text/javascript">
dojo.require("dojo.parser");
dojo.require("dijit.form.Form");

dojo.require("dijit.form.ValidationTextBox");
window.onload = function(){
dojo.parser.parse(dojo.byId('frmExecutive').innerHTML);
}
</script>
