Best tool to create ERD from our SFDC instance

Hi, does anyone have recommendations for a tool to create ERD from SFDC? We need to document objects, API names, primary key, and object relationships, etc.

I tried Schema Builder but doesn't seem to allow editing the text or display API Names.

Thanks!

Schemaspy is one nice standalone tool that you may check out.

Another tool that you can explore is ERD Force by Xactium - https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000174P9EAI - link to AppExchange

Good luck!

I recommend you to use ERBuilder for Salesforce, https://soft-builder.com/erbuilder-for-salesforce/.
It's easy to create an ERD and document it. this tool also offers the possibility of a deep exploration of the data model and comparing two Salesforce instances.

Hope this helps!

Update to my previous answer: ERBuilder for Salesforce tool has been renamed to AbstraLinx (https://soft-builder.com/abstralinx/)

Just want to suggest ERD Lab. Take a look at https://www.erdlab.io (FREE for everyone)

It's an ER diagram tool (https://www.erdlab.io) I have been working on with some colleagues. Totally free to use and packed with features. If you take a look you’ll find it will beat every single one of the tools you mentioned in this post in terms of features and speed.

Login as a guest https://app.erdlab.io and get started. No registration required.

Would really appreciate it if you can give it a shot and share your feedback! Thank you.
