I want to add custom search in site.com pages but it create some problem for me. Any body can help me for this problem.

MD, what are you trying to search in the Site.com? Are you trying to search within custom object or globabl search?
If you are trying to do a search within the same custom object, you can probably do an input field and redirect it to another page that reads the parameter value.
Does that make sense?
