true strange behaviour - forcefully logged out (important)
We have recently deployed appexchange package and our clients have started using the app. Most of the client is using it succesfully. But one of the User is facing serious problem. They are using "Enterprise Edition".
If they click on any of the custom tab" provided by our app, they are forecfully logged out from the saleforce.
We are not able to replicate it on our accounts (developer edition).
I will appretiate If someone can give us clue. Is this is because of some permission missing for our app or server url?

may need more context to help understand what occurs when your customer clicks on your tab.
If you are taking them to a different site / server, and your site does not use SSL, or does something with browser cookies, you could be running into a browser setting that this customer has established at their end.
Ask them what their browser settings are , and try to reproduce the issue with these settings.
Developer and Enterprise editions are very simular in functionality, i would be very supprised if this is the cause of this issue.
