Automatically Follow Accounts Using Cloud Swarm 3?

Hi!

 

Can Cloud Swarm 3 be set up to automatically follow Accounts based on rule criteria I can define, or does Cloud Swarm 3 only work for Cases, Opportunities, and Leads?

 

If I have my Top Accounts marked as such via a field on the Account Object, can I create a rule to automatically follow these Accounts?

Hello,

 

Cloud Swarm only works out of the box for Cases, Opportunities, and Leads.  However, the code is open source, so you can install the Unmanaged Package and modify the code however you like, including creating swarms on other objects like Accounts and creating custom rules like the custom field you have for top Accounts.

I am trying to follow accounts with cloud swarm 3. i am not yet used to this device so could you please give me more precisions about the way I should install the unknown package and how I should modify the code.
