Cant connnect with Samsung Galaxy s3

I am trying to log into our UAT enviroment but I cant connect.    when I look in the Mobile management, it says it is registered

When I log in it just says connectiing

 

I have a samsung galaxy s3 Jellybean which I download the SFDC app today.

Your company network is probably blocking the network port used by the application, talk to your network admin.

I use the Salesforce app on my S3 without any issues. Are you connecting over WiFi? You mentioned you're NOT able to connect to your UAT environment. Have you tried connecting to another sandbox? Doing some of these basic troubleshooting steps would help identify the root cause.

Yes, I am using WIFI and I get the same message.

 

I have tried some other sandboxes with the same result.

for some reason it doesnt work with my company wifi, but it works from home.
