Invalid userid/password for "Message of the Day" download by SF labs

Hi, I am definitely registered as a system adminstrator and yet when I try to install this App from AppExchange http://www.salesforce.com/appexchange/detail_overview.jsp?id=a03300000033WSjAAM it tells me that my userid/password is invalid. I try login in and my userid/password works. Is there some special userid that I need to use, set, etc?

Hmm, if that isn't working I'd call support.

can you download other apps and it's just this one that fails? or does every appexchange app fail to install    ?

Hi Ron, I selected others but the ones I click on does not ask for any userid so I can't tell. I did this again but it still fails. I have reported this to support but I ain't got no reply yet and I am not holding my breath.

Support contacted me and said that ir works. Apparently if I had selected Production rather than Test it would have worked.
