Custom Logo for Custom App

Wondering if there is an issue with the developer version of the application development framework in loading custom image when creating a new application? I could not manage to provide a custom image after successfully installing the image in the documents tab.

Please check the following common mistake to solve your problem.
 
Have you checked the box "externally available" while uploading the image in documents tab. If not you will not be able to access the image to apply as a logo for custom apps.
 
If you have done the above option and still you can't manage custom app logo let me know, what problem you are facing.
