Salesforce Platform profile user can create objects ?

Hi ,

 

  Do salesforce allow , salesforce platform profile user to create objects ?.....Can any one help?

Only an a user with the "Administrator" profile can create objects.  Users with other profiles can create records within those objects along the permission settings of their FLS/CRUD/Page Layout settings.
