I believe you have to run the agent multiple times for multiple addresses, fortunately, you can run it as a service.

Can't you just have 2 different servers set up in your email2case.txt file?
thats what we're doing

I have the exact problem. I have added a second e-mail in email2case.txt using what is described in the readme.txt but it doesn't work as soon as I add an account. 1 works fine.

Any news on this?

Thanks

For adding a second user, it was my mistake. The problem was that I have not created the outlook folders "testprocessing" and "testerror" like mentionned by default in the email2case.txt. So basically adding a second user is straightforward ;

- add the user in sales force
- add the user in the server
- add the user in email2case.txt using <server2> </server2> and now everything works fine.
