Recurring tasks in Enterprise Edition

When I attempt to download the recurring task app into Enterprise Edition of SF, I get this message: This package is not yet available. Please wait, or contact the package owner. Does anyone know who the package owner is or of another way to create recurrring tasks in Enterprise?
