creating a tab for installed package

How do I create a "tab" for an installed package?

I have installed a package from a link on a website - an object called "proposals" specifically designed for the nonprofit version of Salesforce.  I can see the object in "view installed packages", but I don't know how to access it, and make a tab for it.

Can someone help me please.

If you click the All Tabs tab (looks like an arrow), do you see it listed? You can customize your display to include it with your other tabs.

If it's not there, create a Custom Object Tab, you should be able to select it.

Best,

Sati

Hi Natalie Barkan,
I know its an old thread, but since there is not correct answer marked, let me try to put up what I think could solve the issue.
to have a tab for a custom object installed via package, you can create a custom tab and select the required object.
1, go to setup
2. type tabs in the quick find box
3. create a new custom tab and select the object you need.
