SALESFORCE LABS - Merge case - object errors in IE

Hi.

The installation was very straight forward and finished quickly, but so far I have been unable to get the application to work successfully. Keep getting IE errors when clicking "next" after selecting the 2 case. Tried on both IE 7 and 8, with the latest Java version available. Message: Object doesn't support this property or method Line: 237 Char: 4 Code: 0 URI: https://na3.salesforce.com/servlet/servlet.Integration?lid=01N50000000DSve&eid=0015000000Huc2i&ic=1&retURL=%2F0015000000Huc2i&wrapMassAction=1&scontrolCaching=1&autoMapValues=1 Message: Object doesn't support this property or method Line: 2 Char: 1 Code: 0 URI: https://na3.salesforce.com/servlet/servlet.Integration?lid=01N50000000DSve&eid=0015000000Huc2i&ic=1&retURL=%2F0015000000Huc2i&wrapMassAction=1&scontrolCaching=1&autoMapValues=1

Any idea on how to fix so that we can make use of this application?

Hi.

No i have not received any information on a fix for this problem.

Also not been able to, in any way, get into contact with Salesforce Labs about this.

 

Does not seem as if this will be fixed very soon.
