Error when trying to insert data using excel connector.

Hi
 
I am trying to 'insert selected rows' using excel connector.  I am prompted to insert my login details.  Once I had completed this info, and clicked login.  I get the error detailed below.
 
Error generated by request:  API is not enabled for this organisation or partner.  Exception code: 5069
 
Any ideas?

It sounds as if you are using the Enterprise version of Connector but logging into a Professional org.  If that is the case then you'll need to install the Professional version of Connector.
