Need Help on excell connectors

Need to do a Query on 2 tables , (basically a join of 2 tables), i do not know where to start. Probably the lack of understanding of the process.
 
Is there any step by step instruction that exist , kind of idiot proof ...

Joins are not exactly the Connector's forte.  But, check the user guide's Joining Tables section here:
