Excel Connector and Sandbox

Does anyone know if the connector works in the Sandbox?  And if so, what is the url to use?  I've tried a number of them, with no luck so far.

Try https://test.salesforce.com/services/Soap/c/7.0

The Office Toolkit uses the Entreprise WSDL, that's why you use c/7.0 instead of u/7.0

Hello,
I'm new to excel connector and I am trying to connect excel connector to the Sandbox. I know that you had attached the link below but when I went to that link, I got a message saying '405 GET not supported'. Am I missing other steps or do I need to go in excel and make any changes?
