Excel Connector - System Error &H80004005

Hi all,
 
I've verified I've got Office Toolkit 3.0 installed and I downloaded the XLA but whenever I try to install the Add-In I get "System Error &H80004005" in Excel.
 
If I re-start Excel I get the same error and it breaks into the debugger with: "Compile Failure: Out of Memory" at Sub CreateSubMenu1(InputCtrl As CommandBarPopup)
 
I checked my system right after the error and I have about 2.7GB of free physical memory so that seems a bit odd...
 
Any thoughts on next steps?

Did you ever resolve this?  I am getting the same error now after everything workign fine for months.

I ended up re-installing Excel on my PC and that cleared the problem.
