Import into a Template?

Can you export a report/data from SF into an Excel template so that the report format changes?

Hi,

Yes, when you run a report there is an option "Export Details". You can export the data in two formats: excel and csv

You may also want to take a look at Connect for Office https://na5.salesforce.com/help/doc/en/office_def.htm.  That will allow you to create a template in Excel with enhanced formatting, formulas, graphics, etc. and refresh Salesforce data from within Excel.
