I am not sure why, but I find that sometimes when the table query wizard pulls in all the fields for an object, occasionally it brings in 1 field more than once.
This gives you 2 columns with the same name... they are almost never next to each other.
The fix is simple, just delete the duplicate column, and requery the data.
