excel connector + sandbox

Hi all-

Is there anyway to access the sandbox data with the SFDC Excel Connector? Any help is appreciated!

This is easy.

Three steps required:

  1. You'll need your security token for your userid in sandbox.  This will not be the same as the one you use in PROD
  2. When you use the sforce Connector plugin for Excel, you need to use your login for sandbox plus your password+securitytoken for the password field
  3. And last, be sure to change the endpoint to sandbox via the Advanced button. sandbox is https://test.salesforce.com/...

Maybe that works in office 2003? Or with an older connector? Because with Add-in Version 1.8.0.7, Excel Version 12.0, Worksheet version 1.8.0.7, there's no Advanced button.
