Invalid Range, missing data type, or other error

This error appears every time I attempt to insert selected rows. Strangely, the first row I attempted to upload went through but the remaining rows give this error. All the rows are in the same format

Can you insert rows one at a time?

No, only the first three went in the others will not go in at all.

SOLVED: A number was set to two decimal places and Salesforce was set to one.
