Update Row Failed:

When I try to update cell -Owner ID - in Leads I get error message:

Update Row Failed:
Owner ID: id value of incorrect type: bonnie williams

even though user is valid name?

What is going on.  I have done this before without errors.

Perhaps you need the 15 character id of Bonnie Williams, not her name?

I can try that.  Where do I find teh 15 digit code?

i've had to do a 2nd query [where name IN 'column'] to get the ID's then do a vlookup to populate the IDs in place of names into a copy (3rd table, New sheet) of the original table that has anyother manipulated data before doing an update/upsert/insert back to salesforce.
